As I come closer to the end of this project, I feel a strange sense of nostalgia and sadness. Something inside of me doesn't want this project to end. It's become such a large part of my life, I am a different person because of it.
Each time I come back to this orchard, I am reminded of what it was like last year, discovering one of the most beautiful places I had ever seen right outside of my future home. I remember thinking that I would never have found such a place if I wasn't doing this project. I wouldn't have done a lot of things if it wasn't for this 365 challenge. I wouldn't have made most of my best friends, I wouldn't have traveled across the country for the first time, and I wouldn't have grown into the artist I am today.
